Guardian is welcoming applications for a positive and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant looking for the opportunity to join the established pharmacy team in Campbellford , ON.

*Job Description

• Assisting the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department
• Patient greeting and data entry of patient information
• Third party adjudication
• Maintenance of pharmacy inventories, through the ordering, receiving, and rotating of stock and supplies
• Blister packaging
• Compounding of prescriptions
• Handling customer prescription pick up
• Assist in the preparation of prescriptions
• Other duties as assigned

*Job Requirements*Technical Skills:

• Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Education and

Experience:

• Pharmacy Assistant experience is an asset
• Experience with Kroll is an asset
• Flexible schedule days, evenings, weekends and holidays
