Qualifications:

Able to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
Automotive industry experience is a definite plus.
Strong commitment to customer followup
A desire to learn, practice and deliver a remarkable guest experience
Clear and concise verbal communication skills and a talented telephone communicator
Computer skills are a must (experience with Dealermine and Quorum is a definite bonus)
Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
Motivated selfstarter
Must have positive, energetic personality and possess a strong work ethic
Terrific written communication skills with excellence in spelling and grammar
Professional appearance

Duties:

Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquiries via phone and internet
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
Be efficient. Handle call volumes knowledgeably providing excellent service every time
Create appointments for guests based on their time, location preference and vehicle needs
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after their visit
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with proficiency, with confidence and expressed in genuinely sincere tone.
Be able to soft sell in a customer service environment
Ability to multitask between multiple computer programs while engaging with the guest
Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Consistently maintain performancerelated requirements including but not limited to, average handle time, attendance, quality assurance, and appointments

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Automotive Service background preferred
Customer Service background required
Call Center background preferred
