Parkway Motors is seeking an Automotive Call Centre Representative to join our Team

Qualifications:
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Automotive industry experience is a definite plus.
- Strong commitment to customer followup
- A desire to learn, practice and deliver a remarkable guest experience
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills and a talented telephone communicator
- Computer skills are a must (experience with Dealermine and Quorum is a definite bonus)
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- Motivated selfstarter
- Must have positive, energetic personality and possess a strong work ethic
- Terrific written communication skills with excellence in spelling and grammar
- Professional appearance
Duties:
- Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquiries via phone and internet
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
- Be efficient. Handle call volumes knowledgeably providing excellent service every time
- Create appointments for guests based on their time, location preference and vehicle needs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after their visit
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with proficiency, with confidence and expressed in genuinely sincere tone.
- Be able to soft sell in a customer service environment
- Ability to multitask between multiple computer programs while engaging with the guest
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Consistently maintain performancerelated requirements including but not limited to, average handle time, attendance, quality assurance, and appointments
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Service background preferred
- Customer Service background required
- Call Center background preferred
