About the Role:
You'll be working on things like:
- Provide extensive and confidential administrative support to the Executive Assistant as required
- Assist with Payroll and Accounts Payable
- Develop a thorough understanding of internal programs and processes
- Participate in coordination of team social events and annual charity campaigns
- Coordinate all incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages
- Prepare, review and modify general templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials
- Assist other members of the team in the daily operations of the station
- Various office duties
- Perform other duties as required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in an Administration position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Some knowledge with payroll and accounts payable would be an asset
- Ability to work independently with mínimal or no supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain a harmonious working relationship with coworkers with a can do positive attitude
