Key Expectations:

Assist with community engineering and planning design coordination
Assist in preparation of Draft Plans of Subdivision including efficiency optimization
Assist in Preparation of land development proformas for investigative properties
Assist with budgeting and cost tracking at various stages during project duration
Liaise with internal sales, marketing, architectural, home construction, and finance teams
Assist with acquiring final approvals for construction, land registration, and municipal assumption
