The Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for providing a successful, warm, welcoming experience for the Sunrise customer through engaging events and business development activities.


Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


  • Working with the Sales Team and Integrated Marketing Team, to execute on the event marketing strategy.
  • Selecting appropriate event venues and securing reservation and catering contracts for events.
  • Planning and executing on all aspects of the events to make the experience a success for our customers.
  • Providing a high touch customer service experience throughout community events and business development activities.
  • Anticipate needs of customers and sales team members throughout the event.
  • Strategizing with the team on how to convert event attendees to referral relationships or sales.
  • Adhering to marketing budget constraints and timelines to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide excellent followup to the event by entering key source data into the database on customers and supporting with followup efforts by the Sales Team.
  • Willingness to participate in regular calls and strategy sessions for new opportunities and upcoming presentations.
  • Ability to pivot to virtual environment and support technical needs on virtual events and activities.
  • Measure the impact of sales and marketing activities through SPARK and provide additional insights/reporting and analytics. Regularly monitor and report on results to Sales and Integrated Marketing Teams to enact changes to sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree, and experience in healthcare, real estate or hospitality industry preferred
  • At least 23 years of marketing and sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple projects/roles in an evolving environment both individually and within a team
  • Maintains a thorough working proficiency of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) lead tracking database and Microsoft Office systems to keep all contact records current.
  • Resilient, with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain high levels of professionalism while managing multiple demands
  • Willingness to do what it takes to complete projects with a dedication to quality and innovative thinking
  • Strong resourcefulness and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Integrated Marketing team members to contribute to all team initiatives
