Background in Information Systems Technology is an asset

Web Design is an asset

Must have excellent written English communication skills

Must be comfortable working with people and have excellent verbal communication skills
Greet customers

Answer telephone and relay telephone messages accordingly

Compile data, statistics and other information

Open, distribute and respond to electronic incoming mail

Sell retail safety supplies

Inside sales

Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Schedule and confirm appointments

Must have high school education

Must have excellent typing skills

Must have excellent skills in computer research

Work with _large _MS Word documents

Work in ISNetworld and Complyworks and other safety registries

Be able to speak to groups of people for training purposes, safety meetings, etc.

Be available to attend client locations for consulting, safety meetings, etc.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good customer service skills.

knowledge in transportation and log book correcting is an asset


Must have a Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract

Experience with Quick Books is an asset

Experience with purchasing is an asset

Full-time or part time (Monday -Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
