Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with leasing inquiries and manage tours for potential tenants.
  • Uphold accuracy in lease documentation and Yardi property management system.
  • Facilitate smooth movein and moveout processes in coordination with the Property Manager.
  • Serve as a liaison, driving effective communication between stakeholders.
  • Utilize your understanding of lease language to draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases.
  • Showcase your organizational skills by scheduling showings and promptly following up with prospects.
  • Assist the accounting team with leaserelated information and documentation.
  • Enhance your role by staying updated on market trends and updating online listings.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Two (2) or more years of experience in Commercial Property Management.
  • Strong grasp of Commercial Leases and Property Management practices.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyager considered an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Registered Real Estate Salesperson designation preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  • Profound understanding of Commercial Property budgets and financial analysis.
  • Strong administrative experience in Commercial Property Management.
