The Opportunity:
Join the Harding team and directly make a difference for people with physical difficulties so that can conquer the challenges of everyday life.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
- Effectively communicate with all departments, manufacturers and purchasing staff
- Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and quotes from customers and Occupational Therapists
- Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Manage pick tickets, and packing lists for the Sales staff delivery orders
- Ensure the accurate input of data and assist with tracking of orders within software to determine approvals, and conversions
- Track all demonstration and evaluation inventory

What You Need to Succeed:
- Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1+ years in a sales support or customer facing role
- Previous experience in the home medical industry and/or sales support position is an asset. Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organization, and time management skills to prioritize task
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
