    Annual Base Salary:

    Responsibilities:
    Provisioning access for new hiresCollecting new hires documents and assisting with onboarding themEnsure the equipment is ready for new hire classesSupport the training team setting up the training room equipmentMaintaining documentation records ex: (Expenses, approvals etc)

    Serving as a point of contact between the HR (Personal) & Finance (Payroll) to coordinate accordinglyManaging the roll call on a daily & weekly basisMaintaining and tracking equipment inventory with serial numbers ex:
    (Headsets, Laptops, Screens, Docking stations, cords etc.)

    Handling custody forms for assigned equipmentManaging the logistics of the team incase of travel, events as well as managing the equipment allocations during a work from home environmentMust possess good observation ability to monitor and identify any gaps in the process & tracking the data effectivelySupport Operations, Recruitment & Administration teams by assisting them with admin workAnalyzing and data collection across the functionalityAbility to tracking and analytical tools ex:
    Excel, Google sheets, Slides etc.

    Communication with clients as required for necessary reportsCommunication / Culture committee planning and execution (ex:
    Activities, Budget etc.)Maintaining proper communication across functionalities, both internally & externally
