We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team at our bustling dental office.
This full-time position is perfect for individuals who are technology-savvy, eager to learn, and possess a natural ability to organize and manage a wide range of tasks efficiently.

- Assist in various nonclinical duties essential to the daily processes of the dental office, excluding administrative tasks such as booking appointments and contacting patients.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Manage a variety of essential, nonrelated tasks with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize technology and dental software proficiently to support office operations.
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Ensure tasks are completed on time, even under pressure, maintaining organizational standards.
- Communicate effectively and pleasantly with all members of the office, including staff and patients, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Demonstrate strong team player ethics, contributing positively to the team dynamic.
Requirements:
- Exceptional comfort with computers, technology, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- A very high willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, workflows, and terminologies specific to the dental industry.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage a variety of tasks that are essential yet not related to each other.
- The ability to complete tasks on time and work under pressure without compromising quality.
- Easygoing personality with excellent communication skills, capable of interacting positively with a diverse group of people.
- Not a sales position; focus is on supporting the operations of the dental office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
