Description

Responsibilities:

Operate bulldozers to push, level, and clear land for construction projects
Use bulldozers to move earth, rocks, and other materials
Perform grading operations to ensure proper slope and drainage on construction sites
Operate backhoes to excavate and dig trenches
Use loaders to load and unload materials such as dirt, rocks, and debris

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically bulldozers and related machinery
Proficiency in operating heavy equipment is preferred
Knowledge of grader operation, backhoe operation, and loader operation
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures when operating heavy equipment
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
