Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead by example, motivate, and support salon/spa staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Operational Excellence: Assist in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Training and Development: Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance their skills.

Scheduling: Coordinate and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and meet business needs.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and ordering salon/spa products and supplies.

Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the management team to implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce salon/spa standards for cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of salon/spa operations and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary:
$44,657.24-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Windsor, ON N9K 1C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
