Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrative Officer to join our remote team.
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking payments, managing financial records, and resolving unpaid sales issues to ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Track and monitor payments, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid on time
Follow up on unpaid sales and resolve discrepancies or outstanding balances
Maintain accurate records of transactions and payment status
Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliation
Communicate with clients and internal teams to address payment issues
Organize and manage financial documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in finance or administrative roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tracking tools
Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication skills for client and team coordination
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
