    Job title: Estimator

    Description

    We are looking for a highly skilled Estimator to join our team. As a member of our estimating department, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for various construction projects.

    Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

    1. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
    2. Stay informed about current marketplace trends and develop strategic, competitive bids.
    3. Collaborate with the estimating team to develop schedules, budgets, and select qualified subcontractors.
    4. Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for increased profitability.
    5. Review and interpret tender and contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
    6. Manage bid invitations, respond to inquiries, and maintain communication throughout the tendering process.
    7. Prepare clear, organized, and accurate estimates for Stipulated Sum, Design-Build, and Construction Management projects.
    8. Maintain a pricing database for materials and labor.
    9. Support and participate in post-bid reviews.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction management principles and be able to provide expert advice on project estimation and budgeting.
