Job summary
The Sandwich Maker is an integral member of the Culinary team at Dexterra Group. They prepare a wide variety of sandwich and specialty items to fulfill the bagged lunch program.Responsibilities
- Preparing all sandwiches according to standard recipes and menus including specialty sandwiches and compounds (i.e.: egg salad, tuna, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace while complying with statutory and company hygiene requirements including floors counters shelves fixtures fittings fridges walls.
