About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and manage our team of dedicated staff members.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and smooth warehouse operations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to warehouse team members.
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new warehouse staff.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar role, demonstrating successful management of warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear instructions and reports.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Salary:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
