Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure all food is stored properly and meets safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Follow all food handling and food service regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cook or relevant role in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
