Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Ensure all food is stored properly and meets safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
  • Follow all food handling and food service regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cook or relevant role in a professional kitchen
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
