Are you interested in becoming a People Leader and working in a dynamic team that plays an integral part in the overall success of the Enbridge Energy Services department?

Gas Management Services (GMS) ensures daily natural gas scheduling requests are met on a timely and accurate basis for Enbridge Gas customers and suppliers at the Dawn Hub and various pipelines.

The GMS team also interacts with many other teams both inside and outside of Energy Services, so you will get exposure to multiple aspects of our business.

What You Will Do:

Provide leadership, mentorship, and direct supervision for a dedicated GMS team consistent with our corporate culture and values. This includes talent development, training, performance reviews and daytoday supervision.
Ensure industryleading customer service by providing direction and oversight of the timely and accurate completion of daily and monthly nominations, scheduling and validation of customers, pipelines, and gas utility market needs.
Proactively manage and prioritize customer and internal client GMS requirements. This includes facilitating system and process changes where necessary and implementing new services.
Provide afterhours support and backfill gas day shift requirements during the week and weekend on an asneeded basis.

Who You Are:

You have the following education and experience:

A related university degree with a minimum of 6 years of scheduling or related natural gas industry experience.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage the GMS team and drive change and results.
An understanding of Gas Management Services, Gas Supply, Direct Purchase and Storage and Transmission (S&T) commercial operations in both legacy utilities (Union Gas and Enbridge Gas Distribution) preferred.
Demonstrated conflict resolution and problemsolving skills.

Working Conditions:

Availability and willingness to support the GMS team day and evening rotations including weekends and an oncall schedule

Sample rotations:
day (8:00 am - 5:00 pm), evening (2:00 pm - 11:00 pm), weekend (9:00 am - 9:00 pm). Coverage of these types is on an as-needed basis.
