Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and enter accounts payable invoices in the ERP as per the schedule timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval processes.
• Maintain vendor records.
• Maintain organized and uptodate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal departments, and team members, to address inquiries and resolve paymentrelated matters.
• Assist in monthend close process.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Degree or Diploma in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with NetSuite/QuickBooks considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
From $20.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 22.5 per week
