In your role, you will:
Consolidate the financial information for Accounts payables team,

Understand and coordinate tax withholding:

Analyze paid invoices
Prepare government remittances
Filing the payment request
Consolidate payments

Reconcile and analyze ledger accounts

Responsible for Value Added Tax (VAT) reporting:
Analyze and prepare report remittances
Production of various VAT reports for our different consultants (EY, Meridian, TMF) according to the schedule
Clearing invoices against refunds received
Analyze the interfaces between Baan and SAP
Prepare Project SAP extracts.
Prepare account reconciliation for Balance Sheet accounts.
Participate to financial closure.
Preparing recurrent and ad hoc journal entries related to your tasks.

Qualifications

You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance.
You hold an accounting title (

CPA:
CA, CMA, CGA) or in the process to obtain it.

You have more than five (5) years of relevant experience.
You are known to be curious and resourceful. You are a team player ready to support your colleagues.
You can easily translate financial information for nonfinance audiences.
You possess high skills to use MS Office (mostly Excel). Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an asset.
You have good oral and written communications skills in English and French.
You have Microsoft Office 365 skills.
