Bilingual Help Desk Specialist providing technical assistance to computer system users in person via telephone or from a remote location answering questions resolving computer problems troubleshooting customer concerns maintaining records of daily data communication transactions problems remedial actions taken installation activities reading technical manuals confering with users conducting computer diagnostics investigating resolving problems providng technical assistance support.
