Responsibilities:


  • Answer and screen inquiries from callers and walkin clients.
  • Provide information regarding the organization to all visitors, using a variety of methods (e.g. brochures, company intranet etc.).
  • Efficiently and courteously manage all incoming calls.
  • Greet visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain a booking calendar and coordinate all external events;.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Organize reception desk/administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
  • Other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing etc.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
