- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including consolidated statements that adheres to ASPE
- Manage annual audit process
- Manage a high performance team
- Facilitate annual budgeting and forecasting process, including timely monthly reporting of results to department leaders
- Actively maintain profitability standards and financial goals for the company
- Facilitate annual credit and insurance renewal, and ensure credit compliance
- Manage on-going cash flow and working capital
- Lead and participate in strategic initiatives and projects identified by the executive team
- CPA designation or equivalent is required
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to provide financial and analytical support to the decision making process
- Superior knowledge of complex accounting concepts, techniques, and principles
- Previous experience with a Microsoft ERP system is an asset
