Overview

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Critical thinking and, in turn, confident decisionmaking with the ability to implement internal policies and processes
  • Strong numeracy skills, particularly concerning scheduling, budgeting, and accounting math
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including great coaching, training, and presentation skills)
  • Indepth knowledge of accounting software and systems
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Capable of interpreting and analyzing large volumes of financial data
  • Manage numerous priorities at once and be able to multitask effectively

Primary Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA, active or inactive) or in the process of achieving this
  • 3+ Years of related experience in accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting and internal controls
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in public accounting (global firm ideal)
  • SAP Business One experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Supervisory experience, supporting a team
  • A process driven, customer focused state of mind
  • Ability to balance a fastpaced environment, with a financial timeline, and prioritization
