What you'll be doing:

Account Management:

Develop and nurture strong, longlasting relationships with existing customers.
Plan and execute regular visits to customers to assist in the sales cycle.
Understand customers' needs, objectives, and challenges related to the product.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare accurate price quotes to customers based on requirements and Avnan's pricing policies.
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Developing sales, budgets, forecast and activity plans for the fiscal year.
Managing opportunities and updating related activities in CRM software

Business Development:

Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electronic manufacturing sector.
Create and uncover growth opportunities with existing and new customers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Our ideal applicant has:

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the electronic manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of electronic product design and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and crossfunctionally.
Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with developing sales, budgets, forecast and activity plans.
