    Job Description:

    • Develop and maintain customer quotation/proposal/contract templates to drive consistent customer experience and mitigate commercial and legal risk for Sandvik.
    • Responsible for supporting Local/GlobaFrameworks Agreements with customers.

    The Commercial Contracts Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring coherence and consistency in the development, negotiation, and finalization of customer quotations, proposals, and contracts. They will work closely with Sales Teams, technical stakeholders, Finance, and Legal to add value to complex transactions.
