• The project manager plans, controls and executes upon approved projects using TMX standard processes and toolsets.
• Determine the resources required to complete the project
• Create an integrated plan that details how scope,schedule,costs communications etc will be managed
• Develop a detailed schedule for the project
• Closely monitor approved project budget,scope,and timelinesactioning variances on timely basis leveraging standardproject change request processes/li>
