Job Qualifications:

A minimum of the Therapeutic Recreation Facilitator for Older Adults (RRC) or its equivalent.
Capable of working directly with the elderly in the area of social/recreational programming
Previous experience in a similar facility or program is desirable
Be able to transport and transfer residents safely. Must be able to lift a minimum of kg
Possesses good physical and mental health, and good attendance to meet the requirements of the position
Possess effective communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with the residents, residents' families and members of the interdisciplinary team
Ability to communicate in the Ukrainian language and knowledge of Ukrainian culture and spirituality is an asset
Musical education and ability is an asset
Basic computer skills and knowledgeable with the MDS/Care Path policy standards
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19
