Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
  • Provide individualized instruction and support to students who may require additional assistance or tutoring.
  • Utilize technology and computerized resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and administrators.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, share best practices, and support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience working with high school students, preferably in a classroom setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 20 per week
