about this role:

Accounts Payable processes payments for lululemon and supports the business with invoice related inquiries.

The objectives of the Global Shared services here would be to provide seamless customer service for all Coupa Related Expenses/ Invoices for North America and I -Expense for regional employees/vendors, ensure all corporate card are properly tracked and paid and proper processes are followed and controls laid.

a day in the life:

Processing invoices through RSO into Coupa.
Managing the Spendguard Project on Coupa daily for AP for Invoices.
Owning the Invoice Validation activity daily on Oracle daily for AP Invoices.
Serve as a back up for all bank payments releases on HSBC, BOA and Nordea.
Managing the AP aging for NA & Region and focusing on 90 + to reduce them from subledger.
Act as a single point of contact for any Service Now related tickets on Coupa Invoices for Spendguard.
Help and own the AP mails Project.
Any other activity as directed by AP Manager.

qualifications:

Previous Accounts Payable experience.
High school education.
Post secondary an asset.
Bookkeeping or Accounting classes.
Strong excel skills.
Oracle and/or Coupa experience an asset.
Investigating mindset and good to follow up and action promptly.
