Kindersley Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a Billing Administrator at their Head Office in Saskatoon, SK.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing and adjustments
- Monitor customer deliveries and paperwork to ensure compliance
- Tracing of customer products
- Contact customers regarding past due invoices and reconcile accounts
- Administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and knowledge
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
- Previous experience in collections and credit is an asset
- Previous experience in the Transportation Industry is an asset
- Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
