We strive to empower individuals and foster a positive impact on communities through innovative initiatives.We are seeking a dedicated (Part-Time) Volunteer Coordinator to join our team.
As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and coordinating volunteers to support our community programs and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and select volunteers to support various initiatives within the organization.
- Conduct volunteer orientations and provide ongoing support and training.
- Coordinate and manage volunteer schedules and tasks efficiently.
- Maintain regular communication with volunteers and ensure a positive volunteer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in volunteer coordination or related fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of volunteers effectively.
- Passionate about community development and civic engagement.
