Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth within a key growth segment for TELUS:
Small & Medium business (SMB).

Our team has direct responsibility for all '4 Ps' (product, price, place, and promotion) of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.


You will join a team on a growth journey, owning the SMB base portfolio through acquisition and retention campaigns, to ultimately drive Wireless and Wireline outcomes for the SMB P&L.


Here's what we will accomplish together


We are looking for a driven, high-energy, creative and results-oriented individual to join the team for the role of Product Manager for our SMB acquisition campaigns.

The Surgical Campaigns team is on a growth journey and the 30+ campaign strategy is critical to the success. Your mandate is to strategize how we grow our market share through prospect, cross sell and complex retention campaigns.

You will drive the end to end strategy of your campaigns cross functionally including lead source development, allocation strategy and distribution to sales.


We are looking for a natural born leader who thrives with ambiguity, can collaboratively and confidently work with multiple stakeholders, and will get deep in the data to create a strategy.


What you'll do:


  • Manage the strategy, execution and performance across several acquisition campaigns
  • Dive into the data to create a campaign strategy to drive wireless and wireline loading with sales channels
  • Develop a funnel of lead sources to scale your programs
  • Establish campaign targets, forecast, and ongoing metric tracking capabilities
  • Create the campaign playbook and manage gotomarket functions including sales readiness, offer implementation, and execution on marketing mediums
  • Manage a crossfunctional team to deliver on campaign targets with supporting governance
  • Partner with sales channels to improve campaign performance
  • Conduct ongoing performance management and deep dives into campaign analytics to find improvement opportunities

  • You have a solid foundation for analytics ability to measure, report, and pivot results as well as intimately understand your KPI's

  • You have the ability to influence decisions and gain alignment across broad stakeholder groups with diverse needs
  • You are known for your ability to prioritize projects, to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and to meet objectives in an exciting and agile environment
  • You can zoom in and out, balancing both strategy & marketing execution

Great to have:


  • Undergraduate degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in marketing is desired
