Role Summary:
We Keep Your Helicopter Flying Safely, Whatever The Mission:
- Heli-One is the leader in rotor wing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) with decades of expertise supporting a wide range of helicopters. Our global support network includes base maintenance; line maintenance; component and engine repair and overhaul; and Engineering and Design within our 500,000 square feet of international facilities in Vancouver, Canada; Stavanger, Norway; and Rzeszow, Poland._

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain master Tool checklists for all tool control containers at the unit.
- Ensure all tools are kept in good working order and as a complete set.
- At the beginning of each working day open AY13 Register. At the end of the working day inspect tool board AY13 and close register.
- Ensure ladders are inspected every 6 months
- Ensure engine hoist and main rotor lifting straps are inspected and properly annotated following inspection.
- Annual inspections of all tool kits/boards, tracked in ADAM and inspection record results recorded
- Purchase and monitor inventory of all Petroleum Oil and Lubrication (POL); order products, cleaning supplies, detergents, consumables, and Personnel Protection and Equipment (PP&E) in support of A/C maintenance.
- Research and order tools and equipment as needed by personnel through Local Purchase Order (LPO) coordinating all requests for new issue of tools or tool control equipment for unit.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with IAW local work instruction
- Carry out POL handling, daily usage & replenishment
- Liaison with DND Tool Control Center (ATESS CFTCCS) for tool kits containing TLD numbers. Where circumstances arise (F, S, and M kits).
- Maintain secure area for records, etching and marking equipment.
- Keep current with CFTO Tool Control references and maintain an effective tool control system at the unit through monitoring and ensuring personnel follow proper policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update Tool Control Sub Library.
- Build Tool boxes as needed.
- Process Locally Manufactured Tools and Devices (LMT) requests, ensuring proper etching/marking during accepting and inspection
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
- Efficient in the use of electronic or paper based manuals and able to navigate through vendor data to find necessary information
- Must be selfmotivated and have the ability to process complex systems and logically think through problems
- Ability to deal with multiple concurrent requirements, ambiguity and demanding situations
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to take direction and follow instructions.
