Job Description Mission**We are looking for a 3D design technician with good analytical skills who is comfortable using Autodesk and/or Bentley AEC suite software to carry out bridge and engineering structure projects.

Your main responsibilities will be to support the development of 3D CAD and BIM/VDC in bridges, to create parametric models and to carry out bridge and interchange projects, participating in the design and delivering plans that meet the high standards of CIMA+.

We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement allowing you to work from home and from one of our offices in the metropolitan area.

Main responsibilities

Develop and prepare models and plans for engineering structures using software from the Autodesk AEC suite (Revit, Civil 3D) and/or Bentley (Openbridge, Microstation, Pro Structure)
Actively participating in the development of BIM/VDC processes for bridge and engineering structure construction and refurbishment projects, working with a team of technicians, draughtsmen and engineers
Ensure interdepartmental coordination in CAD and compliance with the quality assurance system

Qualifications

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in drafting or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in civil engineering or architecture
More than 3 years' relevant experience
Experience in structural, concrete and steel modelling
Proficiency in at least one 3D modelling software: Revit, Civil 3D
Knowledge of: Bentley; Openbridge, Pro Structure, Microstation, Openroad, Autodesk; Inventor, InfraWorks, (an asset)
Fluency in spoken and written French
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
