Conavi Medical's Novasight Hybrid System enables simultaneous imaging of a patient's coronary arteries using both intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) technologies.
If you would like to be a part of a talented team that is making a difference in healthcare, we are currently looking for a part-time (_2 days per week)_ Accounting Clerk on a six-month contract to provide administrative support to the Finance team.
In this position, your duties will include:
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system and perform related clerical duties
- Reconcile and review invoices with packing slips and POs
- Process and review expense claim submissions either by regular expense reports or through Expensify software ensuring the claims, currency, amount, and invoices are accurate and consistent with policies
- Perform data entry, manage, and update records in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Assist with weekly cheque run preparation and mailing
You possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in administration and accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
