Who we are
At ET Transport, it is our mission to provide customers with reliable transportation solutions custom-tailored to their unique needs. ET Transport has two main terminals with warehousing facilities and an additional drop-yard.

Responsibilities:

Assisting Concord Office Repair Shop and Driver Pays Preparation and Processing
Assisting Concord Office Bookkeeping and Reconciliations
Assisting Payments to Vendors and Carriers
Troubleshooting Basic Computer Related Issues
Daily Cheque Scanning and Deposits
Daily Mail Sorting
Send Mails as Needed
In-Person Deposits at Branch as Needed
Handling Purchase and Returns for Offices
Documents filings and lifting
Additional tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

One-Year Accounting and QuickBooks Experience
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Trucking/Logistics Industry Experience as an Asset
US Tax Knowledge as an Asset
Detail Oriented
Organized
Fast Learner
Team Player
Capable to Work Under Pressure and Overtime to Meet the Deadline
