We have an incredible team of professional M&A associates, deal advisors, in-house legal counsel, marketing executives and financial analysts who work together to get the deal done.

Due to our growth, we are searching for an experienced individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant working with the VP, of Sales as their right-hand person.


THE ROLE


The role of the Administrative Assistant is to work closely with the VP, of Sales and support his administrative duties to move all transactions forward.

No one day will look the same as the other.

The right individual for this role must be able to handle a high pace, and variety of administrative work, be a quick learner and anticipate the needs of the VP of Sales while keeping organized.


Duties

  • Develop and regularly update territory lists of dealerships and ownership in Pipedrive through ongoing communication and meetings with Associates.
  • Utilize data analytics to effectively mine database (i.e., Pipedrive) and generate ad hoc reports to segment dealer information for targeted sales objectives.
  • Maintain National OEM Open point catalogue
  • Gather and centralize marketing and sponsorship requests from Associates and present to V.P. Sales for authorization. Communicate authorized requests to Marketing.
  • Gather and summarize Associates' Marketing plans, schedules, and execution strategies and report to V.P. Sales on a semimonthly.
  • Manage Provincial Dealer Association Meetings and sponsorship opportunities to present to the executive team for advance approval and scheduling.
  • Attend Monday Team Meetings, and Friday "LOI To Close" meetings to gather and update deal progress information.
  • Coordinate Travel schedules on an ad hoc basis, when necessary.
  • Regularly monitor competitor broker websites, social media, and industry publications to garner competitive updates; and communicate these findings accordingly.
  • Update deal progress reports daily and communicates results to VP Sales and Executive Group regularly; and as necessary.
  • Connect with Marketing & Accounting daily to monitor Valuation and Prospectus Status and report daily to V.P. Sales. Maintain records of status.
  • Maintain historical contact records and coordinate recontact efforts with V.P. Sales, Marketing and Associates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in both Microsoft and Mac iOS computers
  • Effective communication abilities

  • Build meeting agendas
