- Systems administration and maintenance including Humi, 7shifts, Google Suite, Avero, etc.
- Assist with developing and reporting key HR & people metrics
- Support in company wide recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, sending offers of employment
- Assist as needed with various development and training programs
- Oversee summer employee experience projects like prizes and SummitClub
- Be apart of other HR functions as available
- Currently a student or recent graduate of a registered Canadian University, completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex and fast-paced work environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
- Ability to organize and keep track of important documents
- Ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong computer skills wit advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Experience in an administration role is an asset
- Experience in the restaurant industry is an asset

Human Resources Summer Student
Reporting to the Chief or People Operations, the Human Resources Summer Student will fill a new position within our People Operations team at our head office located in Banff's industrial area. In this role, you must be an organized and detail oriented person who is our teams go-to for anything HR administration related. You will perform a wide variety of HR related tasks such as systems administration, recruitment, and employee experience projects all while collaborating as part of the People Operations team.
