WE ARE HIRING :
Hand crew leader ( Snow removal )

Qualifications:
- Ability to lead crew members
- Clean Class G Licence, with a driver's abstract is an asset but not a requirement
- Must have excellent communication skills & attention to detail
- Organized, selfmotivated, dependable
- Be physically fit and able to work long days outdoors
- Ability to work up to 7 days per week
- Operate various pieces of snow removal equipment such snow blowers etc
- Ability to work long hours in the snow; shoveling sidewalks, driveways, storefronts etc.
- Be available to participate in snow removal and ice management operations
- In winter months be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for snow and ice management (
There is a BONUS at seasons end if you work all snow events)
Tentative Start Date:
November 21 th or sooner

Rate of Pay to be discussed and based on experience. Minimum Starting Wage $25/hr._
Job Types:
Part-time, Casual
Salary:
$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Work Location:
