Description
Join our team as a Jack of all TradesWe have a position for you in Commercial renovations and new builds.
You could be demolishing, drywalling, flooring, painting, concrete forming, framing, clean up or landscaping on any given day.
Qualities:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
- Assist supervisors with design, planning, layout, and installation
- Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required
- Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment
- Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects
- Able to understand the finished project vision and work quickly and efficiently
- Forwardthinking and possess a high level of organizational skill to help you, clients and the company
- Able to work independently, with subcontractors and team members
- Aptitude for problemsolving, quick learning and initiative.
- Must have vehicle and basic tools
- Out of town work
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$28.00-$32.00 per hour
