The Repertoire Analyst is responsible to process repertoire data from

Re:

Sound members, international music licensing companies, and direct assignors to facilitate the distribution of monies, levies and tariffs to rightsholders.

This position reports to the Manager, Account Services.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Process repertoire data in

Re:
Sound's database in a timely manner.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Analyzing and correcting repertoire files from external sources as necessary.
• Crossreferencing unmatched repertoire records against repertoire database and matching against existing records or creating new records, as applicable.
• Creating performer lineup information where necessary.
• Data analysis and management

Tasks include:

• Correcting/updating existing repertoire data.
• Assist with other projects/tasks as assigned.

Job specifications/skills

• University degree or college diploma in either music studies or business.
• Broad knowledge of various music genres including contemporary, classical, jazz, and electronic an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong multitasker with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in French an asset.

Salary:
$22.00 per hour
