We are looking for an experienced financial services professional who is agile, people centered, comfortable in unpredictable environments, and tactful at problem-solving.

As the MSR Supervisor, you are the backbone of the MSR Team (i.e., The "Frontline").

Under the direction of Senior Member Service Managers, you will be responsible for supervising the daily and ever-evolving activities of the Member Service staff.

You will provide hands-on support and ensure the development of your team. Your greatest motivation will be seeing your team succeed.


The salary range for this position is $59,112 to $66,492 and is based on experience.

Your SPARK:


  • Postsecondary education. Grade 12 or equivalent may be considered.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a financial institution or banking environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supervising or leading teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

$30.31-$34.10 per hour
