Description

As a Technical Project Manager you will be working with the implementation team and be responsible for planning, managing and executing the implementation of HubSpot, a Contact Management Systems for the Sales and Marketing functions across the commercial, residential, land and house building asset classes.

You will play a key role working with the business to define requirements, prioritize work and facilitate change.


You will report to the Vice President of Information Services, but you will also work with and be accountable to the project team leader and ensure HubSpot is implemented for the Sales and Marketing teams on time, on budget, on plan, and with a high level of quality.

You will

  • Manage the implementation, following appropriate project management methodologies including gathering and defining project requirements, creating, and managing project plans, managing budgets, and project schedules
  • Work with business and technology teams managing their respective resources and work
  • Oversee data migration from the current Contact Management System to the new system
  • Assess variances from the project plans, budget and schedule, develop and implement changes as necessary to ensure that the project remains within specified scope and within time, cost, and quality objectives
  • Create test scripts, manage Q/A activities, and facilitate UAT
  • Gather requirements and map processes related to prospecting potential residential customers
  • Work with the project team and respective stakeholders to define and implement workflow and reporting requirements
  • Create and maintain system guidelines and manuals for the business to ensure effective support
  • Coordinate training efforts and helpdesk to support users

You have

  • At least 3 years' managing complex technical projects
  • At least 3 years' experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes
  • A combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working on technology projects related to customer/contact management systems would be an asset

_Please note, this position is an hourly, 4 month contract, working 4 days per week._
