Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the facility's services, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise the facility service team, providing guidance, and support to ensure highquality service delivery.
- Keep track of work orders, ensuring they are uptodate, completed on schedule, and invoiced correctly.
- Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including hiring, firing, and managing contracts and service agreements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients for all facilityrelated services, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align facility services with the overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility management, project management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes.
- Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
