    Work location:

    • On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

    Salary:
    - $70,500 annually (To be negotiated) / 37.5 to 50 hours per week.

    Responsibilities


    Tasks:

    • Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings for municipal engineering and land development servicing projects.
    • Participate in field surveys, inspections or technical investigations.
    • Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates.
    • Prepare engineering designs and drawings.
    • Prepare project schedules: Project Monitoring & Records keeping, maintaining detailed records of project progress, contractor communications, testing results and CCC & FAC submissions.
    • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations and testing of construction materials.
    • Computeraided design (CAD).
    • Liaison with the contractors, client and municipal officials.

    • Steeltoed safety boots: We reimburse $200/year for the safety boots, eligible after the 3month probationary period.
