Description

Our Floor Supervisor will help oversee the daily operations of a busy restaurant that provides exceptional all-day service for hundreds of guests.

This position includes morning shifts so if you are a morning person that's a bonus

Prior supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment
Pro Serve Certification
Can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

What you will be doing:

Ensure the highest standards of guest service delivery
Open the restaurant on morning shifts, assign duties to colleagues
Ensure the restaurant is prepared for the busy day ahead
Enforce provincial liquor legislation and requirements
Liaise with management to ensure daily operational goals and standards are met
Lead by example, creating a productive and enjoyable work environment
Effectively handle, investigate and resolve guest concerns
Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures
