- Plan and complete regional event campaigns after conducting preliminary research on our target market and focus accounts.
- Maintain relationships and negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners in relation to event execution.
- Partner with the sales leads to identify must break opportunities, focusing on penetrating a defined number of key accounts
- Promote business expansion opportunities through successful regional events.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work with our Digital Marketing and Marketing Ops team to manage any activity surrounding regional marketing campaigns.
- Track expenses, and be prepared to report on metrics such as win rate and expansion rate.
- Report weekly and monthly on the status of regional marketing event activities to the sales and PR teams. This role will co-own the responsibility to increase the market awareness.
- Document and share lead and client intelligence with the regional sales teams.
- A degree in marketing, business or relevant on the job experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an events coordination role, preferably in the technology sector with working knowledge of best practices.
- Strength in event budgeting, project management and supplier negotiation.
- Ability to multitask, work accurately under tight timelines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional organization and project management skills.
- Able to outperform in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow on the job.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to a wide range of audiences.
