Office Manager

Position Overview:


The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the Senior School office which provides management oversight to student records and reception and works closely with the Middle School Executive Assistant to ensure alignment and effective front end office support for students, staff and parents.

Providing administrative support to teachers and the Senior School Leadership team, this position will also play a critical role in managing the teacher-on-call process, coordinating teacher substitutes and on-call coverage for the PW campus.

Demonstrating initiative and pride in performance, this role contributes positively to a respectful and productive work environment, and facilitates strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.

What You'll Bring


You have a strong administrative background and are a self starter with an ability to learn quickly, all while handling sensitive information with discretion.

You are highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer service approach that anticipates issues and operational needs.

You are a proficient and helpful team player with a demonstrated ability to work with many stakeholders and multiple departments simultaneously.

Five years experience in a high volume administrative role along with management experience is desired; however, a combination of education and experience may be considered.
