Main Duties:

Set up, tear down, and serve per Business event order details
Sell the food and beverage specials, menu features and upsell whenever possible
Develop excellent product knowledge
Utilize your advanced communication skills to provide superior guest service
Accuracy and attention to detail are required in effectively taking orders and entering information into the POS system
Ensure anything promised is delivered with expediency and accuracy

Skills/Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or in a food & beverage position is an asset
Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fastpaced environment
Computer savvy
Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and organize, and produce accurate work
Excellent listening and comprehension skills required
Attention to detail is a must
Shift work is required; rotating based on the hours of operation from morning to afternoon to evening shifts any day of the week or weekend
Periods of working under pressure to serve guests quickly and efficiently
Required to move, lift, carry, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to remain calm and respectful while interacting with culinary staff and peers

Working Conditions:

This position may work long days and/or weekends to meet periodic upturn in business demands or meet deadlines. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, on your feet, managing multiple sequences and demands.
